I’ve never seen so many flags in my life as I’ve seen in Morocco… they were EVERYWHERE!!!

I specialize in wedding photography but it’s difficult to say no when future or past brides ask me to do other types of photography like boudoir or maternity sessions… I won’t say no, just ask

I knew right away both of you were cool cats but I got final confirmation when without me suggesting it, you let me know you decided to shoot your engagement session in and around your house… I had so much fun shooting the two of you (+Elvis) around the Hollywood Hills that I knew your wedding day couldn’t be different, and it wasn’t.

I recently had the chance to go to Yosemite National Park to shoot another beautiful wedding at The Ahwahnee Hotel. It was the first one for the year but I’ll be back to shoot two more in 2009 and hopefully there will be snow in one of them

Most couples decide to see each other before the ceremony in Yosemite so they can take advantage of the beautiful surroundings… Andrea and Bryan were not the exception. They saw each other for the first time on this beautiful bridge behind the Ahwahnee Hotel three hours before the ceremony so we had more than enough time to hop in the car and drive around Yosemite Valley making stops at different spots to shoot some great photos including the most famous landmarks.

On July 4th I went to the Bay Area once again to shoot Alisa & Erik’s wedding. It was two days of shooting in four different locations. We started with the rehearsal dinner coverage at Holbrook-Palmer Park in Atherton on Friday… Erik spent some time in Perú so everything had a Peruvian theme and the food of course was great! Papas a la Huancaina, lomo saltado and I forgot the name of the dessert but it was something similar to a deep fried donut, very tasty and not as unhealthy as it sounds.

Saturday, July 4th was the big day of course and we began very early in the morning shooting Alisa and the girls getting ready at the chic Sofitel San Francisco Bay Hotel in Redwood City to then drive to Stanford Memorial Church where the beautiful ceremony took place. After that we shot the bridal party and couple around campus and headed to the Pacific Athletic Club for an early lunch/reception.

The night ended at the Sofitel Hotel again where everyone got together for an after-party.
