I was misled by my buddy René… in a good way.
Los Fabulosos Cadillacs is a band from Argentina I grew up with. I remember exactly the moment and where I was when I heard their first hit in 1987 so you can imagine how cool these guys are for me.
Last Friday the band played at the Gibson Amphitheatre here in L.A. and my buddy René Miranda called me saying he had tickets because he had been hired to shoot an assignment for the label executives. It turned out that the one with the assignment was ME and it was to shoot the band from the pit! Of course I found out right before walking into the arena… very cool!
Here are some photos I shot with the iPhone but of course I shot with the real cameras too.
